The 29th Annual Fall Picnic will be on August 27th from 2- 5pm at Lake Julian Park – Pavilion #6 which is across the lake from the main part of Lake Julian Park. Access is off of Hendersonville Road just past the Linamar plant.
Cost will be $18 per person for ages 13 and up and includes catered food with a vegetarian option, soft drinks, water and snacks. The club has a Venmo account and payments can be made to blueridgegators@outlook.com, Blue Ridge – Gator Club, or 828-775-3850. We also have a Zelle account at blueridgegators@outlook.com. You can also pay at the picnic. We have an alcohol permit but the club cannot provide it for liability reasons so it is BYOB.
Please RSVP to blueridgegators@outlook.com by August 22nd The picnic is always rain or shine so please do not RSVP if there is any chance you will not show up or you think you might melt if it rains! We have to pay for the number of RSVP’s we have on the deadline date so please take that into consideration to avoid the club paying for extra food for no-shows.
